Order Status: Awaiting Shipment or Pending
There is part(s) on your order that had to be ordered from the manufacturer. As soon as those parts arrive, we'll be able to process and ship your order.
When to Expect My Order
You should receive an email notification letting you know that your package has shipped in the time that it takes to process orders. Usually, when a part is not in stock, it takes 3-5 business days for the parts to arrive from the manufacturer.
Make sure to verify that your email address is the same one used when placing the order. We will send you a tracking number shortly. If you have not received email notifications, please check your spam folder.
