The status of your order can be checked through our website by logging in to https://cart.crowleymarine.com/signin using the account you created at the time of purchase. If you checked out as a Guest you can still check the status of your order using your order number and email address. In that case you would go to https://cart.crowleymarine.com/order-info to check your order status.
Alternatively you can send an email to email@example.com. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible.
We have updated the status of the parts to display this, as well as packed and shipped statuses.
Below are the updated status tags
Waiting on manufacturer- part is ordered from the manufacturer
Awaiting shipment- order is being processed
Shipped- order has been shipped
En route- order is on its way
Delivered- order has been delivered
Delivery exception- something went wrong with the delivery
Recently we have added the ability to request order cancellation right from Order History and individual order pages. The status of these requests are as follows
Cancellation requested- a request to cancel the order has been sent
Cancelled- order has been canceled
